At The Feelings People, we don’t beat around the bush. We understand that life can be tough and with that comes a range of emotions. That’s why we offer a range of no-nonsense workshops, courses, and experiences that give you the tools you need to make sense of your emotions and understand how they shape your life. Through our straight-talking approach, we help you gain clarity, insight, and understanding on how to manage your feelings.
The Feelings People offer a range of workshops, courses and experiences to help build emotional wellbeing and resilience. Our team of experienced facilitators have been running successful workshops for more than 20 years, helping women, professionals and organisations to improve their relationships and boost their skills when working with others.
Our unique approach to learning involves interactive and fun experiences, and never any ‘death by powerpoint’. When you attend one of our workshops, you’ll be amazed at how much you learn and how many life-altering insights you gain.

Visionboard workshop
I loved that the workshop gave me the opportunity to take the time out of my busy life to focus on myself for a few hours. The visualisation meditation helped focus my attention on what do I want now in life. Like many other attendees, I was quite surprised by where my mind wondered. We walked through the steps of taking action and I knew immediately, that I wish I had done this sooner. I know what to aim for and how I am going to get there!
